Charles Henninger warmly greeted me upon my entrance to DHC Kay Honda and that made me want to do business with him. Not for any specific reason, because of my "fear of being taken advantage of..." It has happened in the past and I did not want it to happen again. On my first review, the "NO" button was checked for recommend the dealership.... This was done in error. If you would please update your records, I would greatly appreciate it. I have already recommended LLyod and the dealership to my parents when they mentioned they were interested in a minivan. My husband and i both recommended Honda - highly - and that they should go to DCH Honda in Eatontown and talk to Lloyd. Thanks for your help! Next, I thought there was a discrepancy with the pricing on the internet. I left that in my comments as to me not being fully satisfied. Again, it was more a fear than anything. BUT I have to say, I am VERY impressed with LLoyd and DCH Honda in Eatontown. After reading my review, Llyod personally called me to discuss my "dissatisfaction". I was completely impressed. After being taken advantage of in the past, I have simply lost "my fight" ... I just assumed all car dealerships took advantage of customers, and I just needed to accept it. I am happy to say that Llyod and DCH Honda in Eatontown have restored my faith in Car dealerships. Lloyd spoke to me about my concerns and reconciled them. He even went up and above what needed to be done and I am very grateful. From day one, Llyod was a nice guy and not a pushy sales man. He did what he could to get us the car we wanted for the price we wanted and I appreciate it. As much as I hate dealing with "sales", I will be happy to go back to LLyod in the future. Thank you! More
