He didn't lay any of that "sales talk" on me on typically gets at a dealership, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the whole process, which can be pretty overwhelming. Not here, though; I was happy to go along for the ride! I told him exactly what I was looking for model/color/feature-wise, and instead of trying to push something on me that didn't quite fit the bill so they could get rid of stock, he found exactly what I wanted. When speaking with him, I found him to be very personable as well as professional, taking the time to answer all of my questions. I've been to a lot of dealerships for a lot of reasons, going back to childhood and accompanying my father to buy cars, and later to get cars of my own, and I can honestly say this is the first time in my life that I had an enjoyable experience. There was no arguing, haggling, strong-arming, or pushiness of any kind. Kay Honda and Charles provided top-notch customer service. When I sat down with Angela in the financing department, that top-notch service continued. She was very helpful in explaining all of my options to me and thorough in answering all of my questions. The sales person despite my familiarity with the Accord went with me for a test drive, showed me the controls, how to adjust seating, and radio presets, and pre-book my first appointment for service at a dealer closer to my home. The detailing and preparation of the car was impeccable. Also, a full tank of gas was included. More

We were greated by friendly and pleasant people, even though they knew were not the salespeople I was dealing with. My original salesperson was Lloyd, who was moved to another dealership before the sale though they knew were not the salespeople I was dealing with. However, he was on vacation when we went to pick up the car. Lou made sure that the car we ordered was on the lot and preped so that the time we needed to spend at the dealership was minimal. He explained the features of the car, introduced me to the general manager, finance manager and service department personel. We were offered hot chocolate while we were waiting the short time to meet with the financial manager. Overall everything went very smoothly and we are very satisfied with the dealership and those we met and worked with. Keep up the good work.
