Excellent experience. I negotiated for my new honda civic over the computer. A price was agreed on along with 0.9% financing. When I arrived at the dealer, it was just as we had agreed. The reason we went to this dealership was because of Marty Wolf. We had been in a few years ago and Marty was very good to work with. Ive been to a lot of dealers that were selling cars in the same condition that they were received in. my truck was certified because anything that fell short of being in "like new" condition was rectified the same condition that they were received in. my truck was certified because anything that fell short of being in "like new" condition was rectified before it hit the lot. I was brushed out of many dealerships after a very brief credit check. Although I didnt qualify for the truck I love... Lloyd & his team got me in a truck that meets my needs. The 2010 Honda CRV (2 wd) model I wanted needed to be ordered from the factory. I received a good price for the new vehicle and placed an order in May 2010. It was expected to be delivered between 10 t ordered from the factory. I received a good price for the new vehicle and placed an order in May 2010. It was expected to be delivered between 10 to 12 weeks later. Somewhere along in the process the order was accidently cancelled. By that time the 2010's production had ended. Another order was placed for a 2011 CRV (2 wd) and Bill expedited the delivery. Bill, Max and Angela were very helpful getting through the purchase process. More

There was a very freindly "family" atmosphere at the dealership. Low pressure and easy to talk and work out a deal with. I had a problem with a slow leak in one of the tires. I went to my local tire place and they found the rim of the vehicle was cracked. I was angry and dissapointed at first, but when I called Pat at Kay he took care of it immediatly, I had a new rim later that day! When I took delivery of the car there was only one key, no spare. It took a couple of weeks, but Pat tracked down the previous owner who had traded the car in and they are going to get the spare key to him for me. It is refreshing at this day and age that someone will go the extra mile to make sure your satisfied, even after the deal is done. I would reccommed Pat and Kay Honda to anyone. More
