Andrew is excellent, and Lloyd was very eager to sell me the car I wanted at the right price for me. The saleswoman was very informative and knowledgable about the car. There was no pressure to buy extras like the extended warranty, etc. Out-processing was too long - they showed me around the dealersh about the car.
