I'm following up on my own review, a couple of weeks later. There was an issue with my windshield (sever wiper trails) that was only visible at night, during dry weather. The delaership understood my issue, took it seriously, and replaced the windshield. Further, they were extremely responsive, called me back immediately in response to my calls about it, and made me feel like I bought a brand new car, not a used car. I felt truly taken care of. We are a Honda family and you can bet that I will be back at a DCH delaership when it's time for another Honda (which probably will not be for some time, as great as Hondas are). Thanks again Dave, John, Steve, and all of the sales and service staff, for treating me with respect, kindness, and competence.
