Saff is very friendly. Didn"t make it a long process. Had my car ready and waiting. In and out in less than 1 1/2 hours. Showed me all the details of the car. I received a very timely response to my internet quote request. I also appreciated that I received follow up contact, but not overdone. Everyone I dealt with was professional and polite. I asked a lot of questions about the dash of the car I bought and they were all answered. I did not feel rushed, even though I know they were all staying past closing to complete the process. Although I would not pay more for a car in order to get good customer service, it is very important to me, to the point of whether I purchase or not, hence the purchase of my new 2011 Honda Insight LX this past Saturday. I went to a Toyota dealer on the way to your dealership to check out a Prius and the lack of customer service was so bad, I walked out without even looking at the car. It was refreshing to deal with the people at DCH Kay Honda. More

I worked with John through email to negotiate price. He first addressed me as the wrong name and quoted me on the wrong car. When I corrected him, he then provided me a quote much higher than other dealers first addressed me as the wrong name and quoted me on the wrong car. After I asked him if he could go any lower, he gave me his “best price.” It was good for the color and basically the best price out of a 75 mile radius. After I got to the dealership, John was friendly and helpful. He helped me through different finical options including my trade-in. He made up for the email mistake through his helpfulness. It was good to have his knowledge and expertise, but the final number on the trade-in value took way too long and was extremely low. I left to sell my car privately. Two days later, I came back to complete the sale. When it came down to the signing, the “best price” number was no where to be found. Anthony took care of the closing and provided me a sheet of paper with the number and how much the dealership was losing. The next day, I looked over all the paperwork and didn’t see the Anthony’s “best price” number paper. I called the dealership and left a few messages with John. I then called Lloyd and asked if I could get some assistance in seeing where the “best price” number was. In the contract, the agreed upon value of the vehicle was close to $600 more than the price John quoted me with. Lloyd insisted that the dealership would never do such a thing and that he and the finance team would take care of it. When I came in to pick the plates, I wanted to speak to the appropriate people. John told me everyone left for the day and to call back the following day. After speaking to Lloyd, he put me in touch with Anthony. Anthony needed some time to gather up the paper work, but told me he’d call me right back. Anthony then told me the price of the car (still $250 more than quoted), and the etch fee ($300) that I didn’t ask for. This was in none of the paper work I had. He faxed it to me and offered 4 oil changes for the mishap; 4 oil changes for a $550 mistake. Insulted, I asked to speak to Lloyd again. Lloyd basically said he lost too much money in this deal and there’s nothing he could do. He didn’t care for the “best price” nor wanted to see any documentation from John. I was a little disappointed by Lloyd’s call. Not just because of the mishap, but the costumer service didn’t match the friendliness and overall experience. I feel I was reeled in there to pay an extra $550 I didn’t have to. More
All my dealings with Marc that was thru email were very professional and accurate. When I got on site the process went very smooth and Lloyd was very helpful in helping with the paperwork. On a return visit to straighten out some finance paperwork I addresed an issue with Marc and he had it fixed that day. Unfortunately it has been four weeks and the finance part has not been cleared up. Hopefully that will happen soon. More
I completed all of the preliminary work on pricing on line prior to visiting the dealership, I also got your Costco pricing which was awesome, the day I visited the dealership and purchased the car was a line prior to visiting the dealership, I also got your Costco pricing which was awesome, the day I visited the dealership and purchased the car was a very friendly one hour visit.
