Had a great experience, got the car I wanted at a great price with no pressure. My only problem with the experience was the finance meeting. A third party company was involved (I believe the name of the company was JMA or something similar) and the guy from that company took over the meeting. The finance person for DCH Honda was much more helpful than the employee from JMA, as I had to go back to DCH to switch my warranty because the JMA employee failed to mention the warranty I bought was not Honda, but his company. Remove JMA from the process, and this is a fantastic dealership. More
