This was 4th lifetime car purchase (all different brands) and easily the least painful. Anthony Young the Finance guy was also easy to deal with as we worked out all the details -- it's his job to entice me to add extra services/warranties, but he did it in a very low-key, no pressure manner and gave me a price break on the one service (Road Hazard coverage) I did actually want. I walked in and I was introduced to David Radice. He listened to what our needs were. He let me test drive a few vehicles. He answered all my questions honestly and fully. I called my husband. He was also impressed that he was given answers to his questions about the cost of the vehicles. David waited until my husband came from work and could test drive the vehicles we were interested in. Two weeks later we completed the transactions. Everything went just as explained. There were no unexpected surprises. the transaction closed just as we were told it would. Everyone was accomodating as to our time constraints. We are very happy with our cars. We are very satisfied with the service we experienced. We are happy to recommend your dealership.
