Marty is a wonderful salesperson. He was referred to us by a neighbor. He told us everything we needed to know about the new car we went to purchase as well as when he accompanied us on a test drive. I had visited many dealership in my quest for the ultimate car for me - Honda (5) Lexus (2), Toyota (3), Nissan (1), Subaru (3). I looked at both new and used. I finally narrowed it down to the Lexu ultimate car for me - Honda (5) Lexus (2), Toyota (3), Nissan (1), Subaru (3). I looked at both new and used. I finally narrowed it down to the Lexus RX, Subaru Forrester Touring, and the Honda CRV. Over the years, I've owned cars or minivans from all of those manufacturers (in addition to an Audi, Fords and Dodge), so I was able to compare dealership experiences. My salesman made me feel completely at home, part of the family. He was extremely knowledgable, not just w/ Honda cars, but cars in general, and was able to point out the benefits of owning a Honda. I didn't feel pressured by him. I loved the minivan I was trading in, so it was hard to give up everything I had in my old car, for something new and untried, that had less than I was giving up. I felt he was dealing honestly with me, and had the perception he was doing everything possible to get me the best possible deal. The only thing I would change about the experience would be, to be given more time to decide on the different warantees. I didn't finance the car, so after writng out a large check, I wasn't ready to make another few thousand dollar investment on the spot (or even given a couple of hours to decide by the end of the day). I most likely would have gone with some of the options had I been given at least a week to decide. More

Bought a Certified Used Honda just over 3 weeks ago. The purchase of the car went well and I have no complaints. Most dealerships claim to be no-pressure, but aren't. DCH Kay lives up to that claim. Great Dealer and Great Employees-I call them employees because calling them Salesmen would be a bad thing. I like the way this dealer presents it's employees, they look more like Service Techs rather than because calling them Salesmen would be a bad thing. I like the way this dealer presents it's employees, they look more like Service Techs rather than Salesmen which is a good thing because I hate Suiters(Salesmen in Suits)it just makes them look more like the crooks they really are. This is not the case with DCH Kay Honda. These guys are great. They are not trying to get rich selling you a car or have a finance manager that wants to take you to the cleaners and sell you the Brooklyn Bridge. This is the way every car dealership should be straight, honest, and right to the point with absolutely no BS whatsoever and that is what I experienced at DCH Kay Honda. John Prudhomme was GREAT !!!!! He worked with me online, answered all of my quesions, and was right to the point- I LOVE THIS GUY !!!!!! He is GREAT. John Prudhomme and Anthony Young had me out the door and on the road with my New Vehicle in 1.5 Hrs which is pretty impressive by all means. This was my second visit to Kay Honda of Eatontown. Both experences were outstanding and both resulted in a purchase.
