I was going to purchase a Honda CRV from KCH Honda for my wife, but she felt that the car was a bit small. Thinking that the Pilot was out of our price range we then decided to purchase a Mazda CX-9. DJ of wife, but she felt that the car was a bit small. Thinking that the Pilot was out of our price range we then decided to purchase a Mazda CX-9. DJ of KCH Honda called us the day we were to purchase the Mazda and knowing my wife's feelings, offered us a great deal on the larger Pilot. We came in for a test drive, loved the car! Called Mazda to cancel that purchase and instead purchased the Pilot. This all happened within 24 hours. Credit must go to DJ for his timely and efficient sales call to recapture us as a customer. Now it is a month later and we are thrilled with our purchase. The salesman is great, the dealership is great, and the car is great. Special mention should be given to Victor the finance manager who got me approved for financing even though I had less than stellar credit. Great job all around! More

Best Car Buying experience I ever had. I called the only 3 dealers in NJ that had the exact Pilot Touring my wife wanted (color/options). The other 2 dealers kept trying to get me to come into the store, w 3 dealers in NJ that had the exact Pilot Touring my wife wanted (color/options). The other 2 dealers kept trying to get me to come into the store, would not negotaite the price, and were VERY rude. I told them I dont have time to come to the store and then leave if we could not agree on a price. I told them the price I wanted to pay but they didnt want to hear it. So then I called DCH last because it was 1 hour away from me and spoke with Andrew. We agreed upon a price after about 3 emails and 2 phone calls which was just about ($100) the exact price I wanted to pay and that the other 2 dealers had laughed at and called me "unreasonable". He emailed me over everything so I had everything in writing and when I went to pick up the car everything was exactly as we spoke. They didn't try to put in "extras" and "unaviodable fees" like most dealers. I joked with them when I was picking up the car that they didnt even try to sell me extended warranties like most dealers. So if you want a good experience buying a car and the best price I would recommend DHC and Andrew if you are buying a new Honda. More

When she told me she was going to Honda to see if she can trade our end of lease civic in for a new one, I expected disaster. The two gentleman who helped her, and eventually me, were the complete opposite. I sincerely appreciate all the time and help both DJ Johnson and Anthony Young accorded my Family. Their demeanor was fantastic and they were completely honest with us. Most important, they treated my wife with respect and gave us all the time we needed to discuss the deal. I can't recommend these guys enough. Because of them I will be making future auto purchases through DCH Kay Honda. More
