This was a no-pressure, no-bull experience that came by way of a referral from a colleague. The sales person, DJ was great (from what I am told John P is also good to work with -he was off) and took the ti way of a referral from a colleague. I would not mind making the trek (approx 50miles one way) in the rain if I had to again. Will certainly recommend the dealership and sales person for professionalism and attention to details. More
This has been a really nice buying experience. Called before I came and spoke to DJ he was very polite. Came in later and he didn't hassle me or push me in to anything I didn't want. DJ Johnson very quickly helped us to figure out what we wanted and what options and services DCH Kay Honda could provide. We never felt pressured or fast-talked, and he made great efforts to be transparent in regard to all of the financial aspects of buying a car. Along with being highly competent he was also friendly and easy to talk to. The final part of the transaction was completed with his colleague Anthony Young who was equally competent, efficient and personable. Several of our friends are looking into buying four-wheel drives (winter is coming!) and we are steering them to DCH Kay Honda with confidence that they will get what they want. More
I recently got a new Honda Accord 2012 and the dealership sold me a car starter with the package. I researched the price of the remote start model they installed online and I was not happy with the price the sold me a car starter with the package. I was in and out the door in about 90 minutes with a car. The sales people here aren't pushy (DJ was great!) and this has been my third time buying a vehicle at this dealership. This last time was easily the best experience and tends to be the dealership that I prefer in the county. Their price could not be beat! Overall a great job, DJ was efficient and worked hard to make sure that we didn't have any questions and knew what we were driving away with. More
