I rarely write reviews, however, my very positive experience with Kay Honda prompts this one. Our salesman, DJ Johnson was extremely professional and a real gentleman. Another member of their team, namely Kevin McKenna, whom we dealt with initially, was also very friendly and helpful over the phone, prompting our trip out to Eatontown. I really can't say enough favorable things about our buying experience. Lastly, the financial agent we sat with, Andrew Ly, was also clear and to the point. There were no surprises, no mistakes, no misrepresentations, no changes. This was definitely the easiest and best car purchase we have made since my first car 44 years ago. The car was meticulously prepared for us and the final meeting with the business manager(which is usually my least favorite part of buying a car) was straightforward, courteous, and professional. All elements of the transaction were reviewed and all questions were courteously answered. I would recommend DCH Kay Honda and Joon without hesitation. Joon was patient and very accommodating, and he kept us informed when a car we had considered was no longer available. He made himself available according to my erratic and changing schedule and even offered to meet us on his day off. You will not find a more honest, hassle-free place to buy a car. I recently graduated college. I walked into DCH Honda in Eatontown last month to buy a new car that I could use to start my life as a professional in the workforce. He understood that this was a big deal for my family and encouraged all of us to participate in the process. Because of the nature of my father's job, we could not spend too much time at the dealership and had to re-visit many times. Every time we came in, he was very nice, provided excellent service, and welcomed all of our questions. I test drove my car twice and he was very helpful in explaining all the new features. My daughther was in search of a Honda Civic Coupe and we totally intended to purchase the car from a local dealer in our area. Unfortunately, they were not able to locate the car. I must say that I was totally satisfied with the service we received from the sales staff to the finance. When we arrived after an hour trip, we knew it was a trip well worth the time. I thought that perhaps they were not going to have the car ready, but to my surprise, it was sitting all clean, prepped and ready to go. I would totally recommend DAH to friends looking to purchase a Honda. It was a good experience.
