I wanted to write a review of one of the best buying experiences I ever had. From the moment we walked into the dealership Stan(The salesperson) And Lori Lima(Sales Mangager) were nothing short of Amaz experiences I ever had. From the moment we walked into the dealership Stan(The salesperson) And Lori Lima(Sales Mangager) were nothing short of Amazing. I wanted to get out of my lease a little early and was a little nervous that it would be an expensive and tricky process. They reassured me that everything would work out. Stan was very knowledgeble on the cars and was very patient with answering all of my questions. I didn't feel the usual pressure that I have in the past that their only goal was to see how much money they can get out of me. I was able to get the car I wanted and I feel like Stan worked with Lori to give me the best deal they possibly could. I am going to tell you the same thing I would tell anybody who asked me. The main reason for our low stress experienced in the process of buying our car was our sales consultant DJ Johnson. DJ was very pleasant and more importantly, he listened to what we were looking for in a new vehicle. DJ’s expertise and knowledge of the CRV model of our choice was excellent. It was evident to us that he knew the product and we felt comfortable with him. DJ located a car on site that would meet our specifications. Outside –on the lot – he explained and demonstrated the features –while we were seated in the car. Once we decided to purchase the car, DJ set up each feature through the menu to our personal preferences. DJ took the time and energy and answered all our questions and demonstrated how we could reconfigure the features if we changed our minds in the future. This took away a lot of stress in setting up our car for the drive home. I would recommend DCH Kay Honda to my friends and I would definitely tell them to ask for DJ as their Sales Consultant. My wife and I have leased 11 vehicles since I have been driving. I have dealt with both large and small dealerships and dozens of salespeople. My wife and I have never had a more pleasureable experience in the past than we did today with DCH Honda. The reason was simple; DJ Johnson. For the past 2 weeks I exchanged phone calls with DJ regarding a potential lease for a new Accord and Civic. Throughout the entire process we never felt pressured. No;we are not family members. When was the last time you leased not one; but two new vehicles via telephone? How much trust would you require in a person to agree to all the lease details via phone BEFORE you meet your salesperson and signed any papers? When was the last time you brought a dozen donuts with you to the dealership where you were buying/leasing your new car? When we arrived at DCH today it was to pick up the first of 2 new vehicles; a Honda Accord and a Honda Civic. We will return in 2 weeks to take delivery of the Civic next. I will recommend DJ to my daughters the next time we speak. We were treated with the utmost respect and friendliness. We cannot remember the last time we were treated so fairly. The reason why we cannot remember is we were never treated this well. I would like to recommend this dealership; but particularly DJ Johnson to anyone considering a Honda. DJ was knowledgeable; low key; and really took the time to explain to us whatever we asked. I can say today we will return to DJ in 3 years for our next Hondas. More

I came into each dealer loaded with the reviews and expected price points. I was loaded with information! After test driving each vehicles and reviewing pricing and trade in offers I picked the Honda. The initial price point was higher than the compeitive products, however the product was better and should hold a higher resale value. In addition It was the best dealer interactions that I've ever had. Steve Simon was GREAT. After the test drive he pointed out all of the unique features of the vehicle. I never felt any pressure from Steve or anyone at the dealer. I do not write reviews often, However I would go out of my way to visit Steve and the Kay Honda group. Good luck in your search. GM. We went to DCH Kay Honda to meet with Steve Simon because my father in law had recently had a great experience working with him on purchasing a new Honda CRV and recommended him very highly. Going in we had my father in law had recently had a great experience working with him on purchasing a new Honda CRV and recommended him very highly. Going in we had an idea of what we might want, but were still very much in need of guidance. From the moment we walked in Steve was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and personable; he listened closely to our needs and preferences and offered his insight without ever making us feel pressured. We ended up leaving that night with a 2012 CRV in under two hours and we couldn't be happier with it. Steve made sure we ended up with the car that was right for us, paying close attention to which features we would want, etc. Once we had decided to move forward with the lease, Steve's colleague Anthony Young was more than helpful in getting the paperwork done quickly and thoroughly while making sure he patiently walked us through every detail. We've already heard from Steve to make sure we love the CRV, which we do. We will certainly be loyal DCH Kay Honda customers going forward, and we can confidently send friends and family there knowing they'll receive excellent customer service. More
