1st scheduled appointment 11:30 AM for oil change. There for 3 hours-was told first come first served even with an appointment. xxU appointment for 2 front tires scheduled 4 days later at 7:30AM. Arrived at 7:20AM. 90 mins later they had only performed a repeat multi inspection that was originally done 4 days prior-finally out 2 hours later. Dealer loyalty is not honored here. More

I was able to apply a coupon mailed to me, which keeps me coming back to the dealership. My family buys all our cars from this dealership too because they have a great salesperson, Scott Wendling. It's always safer to use the service department at the place you bought the car from, in my opinion, because they stand behind their work. Great visit overall. More
