My experience in the car dealer is very bad. The waiting time is very long. The after-sales service is even worse. It is difficult to call the customer service. Basically, no one answers. Bait and switch pricing. Agreed on a price with the salesperson with a handshake. Finance person came out and told me my credit was fine (over 700). Go to finance to sign the papers and all of a sudden the monthly payment was several dollars higher because of my credit score, which had been fine 15 minutes ago. Earlier, I had found a nail in the tire of the car I was buying. It couldn’t be patched, so they replaced it. My belief is they passed the cost onto me when it came time to sign. I should have walked out at that point, but had already been there for a few hours. AVOID!!! More
