Special thanks to service technician Roger, who serviced my CRV. He found a $20 bill in my back seat when removing seat to install new fuel pump. He could have kept the money and I never would’ve known, bu my CRV. He found a $20 bill in my back seat when removing seat to install new fuel pump. He could have kept the money and I never would’ve known, but Roger attached the $20 bill to memo he wrote and placed in my car where I would have found it. I went to the shop on a mid-week day and at mid-day. I told the sales force exactly the type of car I need and that I needed it that day. A 2025 vehicle was found and fast routed thru the protocols.
