Awful Management Every time I go to Honda of Nanuet for service I ask myself why. Dominick Garetson the manager is the absolute worse. He is rude, dismissive and oper Every time I go to Honda of Nanuet for service I ask myself why. Dominick Garetson the manager is the absolute worse. He is rude, dismissive and operates as if it is all about him. The last time I went, they gave me a ticket but did not process my car. They told me the work would take 3 hours so i waited and after three hours learned they had not touched my car. Dominick instead of apologizing for their error blamed me. He said I'd been there before so I should have know that without a sheet detailing the work, I should have known they weren't working on my car. Absolutely unprofessional response. But its always the same, they goof and he blames the customer. HIs attitude desperately needs an adjustment. Today I went for a recall and instead of him saying I am sorry you need to schedule an appointment for a recall he was curt and dismissive. How does he still have this role?? unfortunately his disrespect of the customers has an impact on his staff. Change the head and the tail will follow. I believe the staff have the potential to be decent customer service reps but what they see from Dominick is a poor example. I had been having my car dealer serviced for years but I'd rather go anywhere but to this service center. More

My car hasn't 68,000 miles but is 10 years old so it is not covered by warranty. The catalytic converter went. Apparently not covered . I then contacted corporate for help. I've gotten nothing but runaround from dealer and corporate since. Corporate was going to work with me then the dealer jacked up the price by saying additional things needed to be replaced. Horrible SERVICE I purchased a Honda Civic in December 2018 but not at this location; however, this is my hometown so I get it serviced here. I am a student in Philade I purchased a Honda Civic in December 2018 but not at this location; however, this is my hometown so I get it serviced here. I am a student in Philadelphia, PA. So I do a lot of traveling. In June 2018, I needed an oil change and because I travel often I also asked to get my tires rotated. Overall, the did a horrible job. They changed my oil but forgot to secure the splash shield. There were two missing screws. Additionally, I paid for a tire rotation, and it was NEVER completed!. Honda owes me my money back, and new tires. I reached out the service manager, however, he never got back to me. Horrible Service. Stay clear of this place. I rather drive to NJ to get serviced in the future! After reading reviews from other customers with similar concerns. I am glad to know I am not alone! More

Bought a new Pilot in Paramus in March, because I refuse to give Nanuet my business. Later that month making a turn I hit a curb and scratched and dented my new Rim. Devastated but not going to do anything about it, it’s on the passenger side so I don’t see it that often. Fast forward today I go to DCH Nanuet for oil change, when they insist I need tire rotation and balance. I pay, go home and I as I go to passenger side I notice my dented Rim in the same spot it’s always been in, with the same scratch marks on my tire. They charged me and never rotated my tires. If it wasn’t for my dented rim I would have no idea. I wonder how many services they charge for but never actually provide?? Scammers! More

Poor service experience I have experienced this previously at Nanuet Honda. If you tell the rep that you will wait for the car, you wait and wait. They forget about you! You approach them and more waiting; even for a explanation about what work is being done. I was there for 2 hours despite being the first one on line when they opened at 7 a.m.!!Many other customers complained about the same thing. I am a loyal customer and that should count for something. Joe is the only rep I will deal with in the future if I decide to return. More
