Very satisfing It was just an oil change, but they told me my oil was still at 40%. I knew that but told them to do that after this winter. They treat you exceptionally well and make you feel welcome while addressing the reason for your visit. There are 3 (Three) employees that I personally have had dealings with and are the main reason that I will continue to bring my business to DCH Honda of Nanuet. For New car sales see Dan D'Angelo. He is very courteous, knowledgeable of all Honda cars and will make your buying experience a pleasant one, with out the pressure like other dealerships. If you are looking for Pre-Owned vehicles I advise you to see Michael Fiorentino. He is the real deal. He Is very courteous, knowledgeable and makes your buying decision a comfortable one. Last but not least for service there is no better than Dominick Garretson. He can address all your service needs. He is friendly courteous and very knowledgeable about the entire Honda line. He will make suggestions for services without beating you to death unlike service in other dealerships. These 3 (Three) employees are great assets to DCH Honda of Nanuet and should be recognized by senior management for their efforts. Best Honda dealership within 100 miles Readers, I have been dealing with DCH Honda of Nanuet since I purchased my Accord from there in 2003. I would NEVER go anywhere else. I have had the pleasure of working with Service Manager Dominick Garretson over the years and he is incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. He takes the time to answer any and all questions, and always explains exactly WHY certain services are necessary. I've met several of the technicians, and one of them actually rode around the parking lot with me trying to diagnose a strange brake-related problem. Excellent Service I own a 2012 CRV and have been taking it to the dealer for service and repairs since we purchased it there.
