Had my usual service adviser, Joe Sanserveri, who, never leaves me hanging all day to find out what is wrong and what needs to be done. This is always appreciated, and the fact he was able to have my car ready the same day was an added bonus. My experience was COMFORTABLE... minimal stress (except for cost...ha). We have 2 cars that go to Grand Prize dealership for service, which always is a nightmarish experience. Your service adviser, Joe Sansrveri and the service department are great!! More

Serviced I came to your dealership to get an oil change because I recieved a coupon in the mail. I was impressed with the waiting are as well as the friendline I came to your dealership to get an oil change because I recieved a coupon in the mail. I was expecting someone to come out and try to sell me an air filter or a belt which is very common in most oil change places. Nobody ever came for that reason. Good job DCH. More
