My car hasn't 68,000 miles but is 10 years old so it is not covered by warranty. The catalytic converter went. Apparently not covered . I then contacted corporate for help. I've gotten nothing but runaround from dealer and corporate since. Corporate was going to work with me then the dealer jacked up the price by saying additional things needed to be replaced. Once I got to the dealership I worked with Kenrich who was courteous and helpful with any and all questions and requests I had. He went above and beyond with helping me on a major logistics issue that most people probably would have walked away from.
