What can I say Honda is very clean and the staff was great from the time we walk in. Now Carlos was so helpful and he did his job to get me in a vehicle that I love plus my kids. I was sent an email regarding a recall on a fuel pump. I set up an appointment with nanuet honda dealer. I’m driving from the Bronx. Which is approximately a 45 minute drive with no traffic. Tolls are I set up an appointment with nanuet honda dealer. I’m driving from the Bronx. Which is approximately a 45 minute drive with no traffic. Tolls are paid and gas is not free. Only to be told that Honda pushed the date back on that part. I had asked the manager Joe Sanseverino if u didn’t have the part. Why would the appointment be set up? It clearly asks you what are u brining in your car for. Of course I put recall. Only to have wasted my time , on gas and paying these tolls for nothing. Bcuz they couldn’t answer any of my questions. This place lacks on communication. It’s like they false advertise. One advisor says one thing and another says different. After buying 3 cars from here. I would never ever purchase a car from here again. Please do your research before purchasing from nanuet Honda or any Honda dealer.. horrible experience ever! More
