I was shopping for a new car for my wife, and we didn't have a huge budget. We started with Kia, thinking we may find a good deal, but the Forte we were looking at ended up getting its price brought up su have a huge budget. We started with Kia, thinking we may find a good deal, but the Forte we were looking at ended up getting its price brought up substantially because of some silly hidden fees. It was typical sleazy car salesman stuff. Then we went to DCH Honda and were lucky enough to be greeted by Tony at the door. Tony was very helpful, knowledgeable, and worked with us to get us into a car. Not only did he get us into a new car, but he did so for less than the Forte we were looking at an hour before. The rest of the staff that helped us were also very nice. We had an excellent experience here and Tony was definitely to thank for that. Tony THANK YOU! I recently visited this dealership for the 1st time. I traded in my car on a certified preowned 2017 Accord. It was one of the smoothest experiences I've had buying a car. Starting with Joann, who was the first person I met there. She was very easy to work with-arranged the test drive, had my trade valued and provided preliminary sales numbers before my credit check. The sales manager Zack was also helpful as was the finance guy Darwish. Never did i feel pressured one way or the other to buy. The whole process was completed in a matter of hours on a very busy Saturday. Joann was nice enough to stay after hours to finalize everything. She followed up afterward and arranged a service appointment when the battery had issues a few days later. The service manager Joe was also helpful in getting a new battery installed.
