Knowledgeable, made sure I was happy, valued me as a customer, and made me feel like he wanted my business. Glen went out of his way to make my payments affordable. Everything was done right the first time, and both guys kept me in the loop and followed up with me frequently - even after I signed for the car. When they started playing games with my Accord trade-in I went back to Honda of Nanuet, met Patrick in sales and bought a new Crosstour, which I absolutely love! Having dealt with Audi, Infiniti and BMW, the experience here was as good if not better.I would recommend Patrick to anyone interested in buying a Honda and, like the other reviewers on this site, have nothing but great things to say about the service department. This is as good as it gets in buying a car--and I've been doing that for over 40 years! More
