Impeccable Customer Service What an experience. The button on my shifter broke. I called and the woman that answered th phone and she told me to bring it right in. I got there an What an experience. The button on my shifter broke. I called and the woman that answered th phone and she told me to bring it right in. I got there and Crystal greeted me and asked what the problem is. I told her and she said it will take about an hour and I said I would wait. About 15 minutes later she cane over and said they don’t have the part and they will give me a loaner. I did not have my wallet on me so they shuttled me home to get it. What a trip. Ray took me home and he was just awesome. Great conversation and made me laugh. We got to the Hertz place and he walked me to the counter and waited till he was sure I was being taken care of. About 3 hours later Crystal called and said my CRV is ready. I went back to the dealer and went to go pick up my car. Crystal asked if I dropped the car off at Hertz and I said no and she said don’t worry I’ll take care of it. Then I got my car and went home. What a wonderful experience I had. This is my 3rd Honda and my partner and I said we want a 2020 CRV. I will buy my next CRV from your dealership because you guys rock. Thank you for not pushing me off or making me feel like an idiot like Pacific Honda did. Thanks to Ray and Crystal you have my business for my 2020 CRV More
