Wheel well issue and outstanding and timely repairs On a Thursday Afternoon the left front wheel well liner slipped down and was rubbing on the wheel and the road. I was able to limp home and called to make an appointment. I got right in for the next morning and dropped it off with Crystal. She was very helpful and told me that once they got the car up in the air she could give me an idea of cost. She also recommended some regular maintenance that should/could be done while it was there. She didn’t pressure me to do anything beyond what was needed and kept me in the loop as far as estimated costs and timeline. It is hard to be without your car but the repairs were done before noon on Saturday and the people at DCH Honda made me feel very welcomed. I try to do all my maintenance with them and it is great to have then in the neighborhood. Thanks. More

Low Tire Pressure The icon came on the dash notifying us that the tires needed air. We added air to the specs stated on the tire and thereby overfilled the tire! Also didn't know that the dash board alerts needed to be recalibrated to disappear. DCH reset tire pressure to the specs listed on the vehicle's door and reset the dash notice. Unfortunately she is not as professional as the cashier I have worked with in the past. She was socializing with other workers when I went to the desk. And instead of giving me her full attention right away she completed her socializing before she gave me her full attention. Also I didn't appreciate her lack of discretion when she announced very loudly the total for my bill.. I would appreciate more some discretion and respect for my privacy. More
