Came back again this week to complete the work that needed to be done (my fault, not their's). Once again had a great experience. I was told how long it would take, offered shuttle service and snacks w needed to be done (my fault, not their's). Once again had a great experience. He and the mechanics got me on my way a little sooner than promised, allowing me to get to my next stop without rushing. I have another dealership less than 5 miles away from my home, but I keep coming back to DCH because the employee and service are great! Not just once, but every time. Thank you! More

My visit with the service department and Mr. Angel Herrera was very excellent. This is the first time I was explained in detail what my car needed and why this need was important. Mr. Herrera helped me prioritize what service to choose based off my budget and what would keep my car running efficiently. The wait time for my service was very speedy and even after the service was completed Mr. Herrera explained how the service went instead of just handing me the summary of service like other Service Advisors have done in the past. I appreciated that Mr. Herrera made me feel like I was being HELPED versus trying to get me to do more services on my car for more money. Being a 26 year old woman who lives on her own and knows nothing about cars I can appreciate this type of care and I will be requesting to be assisted by Mr. Herrera only in the future. More

I had an A/C issue with my civic, but whenever I went to different auto-service shops / other Honda service centers, they charged me for even doing th I had an A/C issue with my civic, but whenever I went to different auto-service shops / other Honda service centers, they charged me for even doing the diagnosis even though there was a high possibility of A/C condenser issue.
