I had to go home and research the issue online and found the answer in a CRV Owners Forum. I made an appointment for service and again waited for over 30 minutes for a service tech. The line of cars behind me was out to Fairmount Ave. Go back to the way you used to do the check in. Once I was connected with Angel Lara, things went well. He is very competent. More
