It is easy to get an appointment. Once you are there, you are greeted and immediately the service process begins. Jerry asked me what I wanted done and gave me an approximate wait time. If additional work is are greeted and immediately the service process begins. Jerry asked me what I wanted done and gave me an approximate wait time. If additional work is required, he explains why it should be done, but there is no pressure to have it done. I like that. The wait room is pleasant. There's always rolls and coffee available; large screen TV; plenty of magazines and newspapers to read. More

In for 10,000 mile service on my new Prius. Paperwork I received did not indicate that tire rotation had been done, although maintenance guide indicates it should be done every five thousand miles. received did not indicate that tire rotation had been done, although maintenance guide indicates it should be done every five thousand miles. On February 14 I hit a deer near my home. I had the car towed over to DCH Freehold because during a previous owners seminar I heard that they are a certified body shop for my insurance NJ Manufacturers. Er towed over to DCH Freehold because during a previous owners seminar I heard that they are a certified body shop for my insurance NJ Manufacturers. Eric Dea was the collision rep and he took care of everything for me and had the car put up on the flatbed truch to the collision shop by the end of the morning. He also called Enterprise rent a car for me and they were waiting to bring me back to their office. The rental car was the only problem because Enterprise did not disclose fully all my out of pocket costs over what the insurance would pay for. This is my second time having an issue renting a vehicle from them and I would suggest you rethink the relationship as their customer service in resolving the issue is very poor. Denise Govern was the rep from the collision center who called to inform me of the damage that would be repaired and she called to give me updates as to when the car would be ready. The car was repaired as quickly as possible and the workmanship is unsurpassed. It looks as if nothing ever happened. 2 weeks before that I brought the car in for service and they discovered I needed a new water pump that was covered under warranty. The service manager, Jerry, called me a cab to take me home and then when it was ready he called me a cab to take me back and it was all complimentary. It's this kind of customer service that keeps me coming back when the car needs a service and even when I no longer get the free service on my car or my wifes vehicle I will be bringing it in for future service. I come here because of Jerry. I've used other service employees and have had to wait or have not had what was promised done or completed in the amount of time promised. However, my family all uses Jerry employees and have had to wait or have not had what was promised done or completed in the amount of time promised. However, my family all uses Jerry and they said go to Jerry, he'll take care of you, and he does. Whatever he promises, is what is done. If he says an hour, it's 55 minutes. If he says get this done, I get it done, if he says wait, I wait. I trust him. More
I was unsure of what to expect. I pulled into the garage, and received a warm greeting. I was asked to pull in further, and then step out of my car. As I waited for the associate to pull up my inform garage, and received a warm greeting. I was asked to pull in further, and then step out of my car. As I waited for the associate to pull up my information on the computer, other associates were being social and they all had a terrific demeanor. No one made me feel as if I was an inconvenience, or annoyance. Especially because I was so ignorant of what was expected (this is the first time my husband and I have ever leased a car, and we were there for the first 5000 mile check up). After the information was collected, I was told what they were going to do, and asked to wait in the waiting room. I was told where it was, and that I would be collected from there once they were done. I anticipated waiting for a few hours, as that is usually how it is at other regular garages I've been to, when having a car serviced. I was pleasantly surprised by the waiting room, and the accommodations there: bagels, wrapped commercial pastries, coffee and tea, comfortable seating, magazines, and a television. In about 30 minutes, an associate came to explain to me what was done to the car, and to inform me that all was fine and that I could leave. He then walked me up to the window, where I signed some paperwork, and then I left. A painless and short experience. Hooray! More
