AC Repair My camry is less than 3 years old but the AC stopped working during the pandemic. I was anxious to bring my car in due to the virus but I have to say My camry is less than 3 years old but the AC stopped working during the pandemic. I was anxious to bring my car in due to the virus but I have to say the experience was positive. After getting out of my car in the service garage and speaking briefly with a very pleasant employee, I was directed to step inside. I found the door to the service desk was already open, making door touching not necessary, very thoughtful. Inside there were only 2 employees in a large space. Everyone was masked. Chairs were placed a good distance from the employees. TJ was great, coordinating my repair with the techs. And all was done under warranty! Left the car overnight and it was ready by 9:30am the next day. Keys and paperwork were in the car. Steering wheel and seat were covered with plastic. Thank you toyota for providing a safe and calm experience. More
The staff is nice and work is fine but only had tire replaced. Reason for a 3 star is very basic, I had a 7:40 appointment and they didn't seem to even look at my car until after 8:30. I went after a week and I told it will be done in 2 hours ,I stayed there for 4 hours . No body care about the customer time. Not happy at all More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They definitely need to work on customer dealing skills. It seems like none of the employee is happy working here. No smiles at all and RUDE attitudes. Service advisors don't call you back with status updates. I left my car overnight for diagnostic they never call me back in the morning for the updates. So, When I got off from work the next day. I called them and they said your service advisor left for the day so you can't pickup your car. That's totally unacceptable. They don't give loaner (courtesy) cars no matter what. I wonder if they have any? This place is definitely a NO GO place. More
