The entire dealership is very professional which provides a very courteous and friendly atmosphere to shop in. Vinny went out of his way to take a real interest in us as people, not just trying to sell a car.He spent time advising the pros and cons with certain options as well as lease versus buying. He really left the final decision up to us instead of trying to push the sale. Based on his professionl knowledge of the overall car dealership experience the final decision to lease the vehicle and drive it home same day was easy. When it came to sitting with the finance dept, Gary McNichol could not have been more professional and organized. He had all the paperwork sorted and ready and explained all the signature pages in simple lay mans terms which were easy to understand. The whole experience lasted 15 mins and was very concise and understandable which allowed us to get to the real issue, driving home our new vehicle. We highly recommend this dealership and want to thank Vinny and gary for making this a painless experience. More

The clutch and flywheel of my Toyota Matrix have been replaced at this dealership. The job done is great; the service advisor was extremely flexible and open to any of my requests (I wanted high performa replaced at this dealership. The job done is great; the service advisor was extremely flexible and open to any of my requests (I wanted high performance parts as oppose to stock, they ordered the clutch for me and let me order the flywheel of my choice). I was provided with a courtesy car while my car was in the shop. The price of course was a little bit higher than it would have been at a regular shop, but this type of work is not something that you'd let just about anyone to do it. It was all worth it! More
i simply came to have my oil changed, as soon as service advisor heard that, he started selling me stuff that I didnt need nor want.Claiming that at 60000 miles all filters and transmission oil needs to be advisor heard that, he started selling me stuff that I didnt need nor want.Claiming that at 60000 miles all filters and transmission oil needs to be changed I replied that i had all these things done about 5000 miles he replied that his tech says that tranny oil is dirty (in5000)!!!!!!and needs to be changed again.At this time I asked to speak with a manager and service advisor showed us to his office ,managers name was Mark Lefkus without even offering us to sit down in his office,so there we were me and my wife standing in the doorway of his office as he was sitting and looking at his computer'like his computer was more important then 2 customers that bought and servised their cars here for 12 years and have 4 family members servicing their cars there as well.Needless to say I will never come near Freehold Toyota again and tell all my friends and family to do the same. More

Excellant service and above all they were honest. I suggested a service and was told it wasn't necessary. Brought the car in and requested a time that service would be completed. When I called a very pleasant woman answered the phone. I explained my needs, this woman put me on hold and when she came back to the phone asked if she could take my number so that one of the Manager's co I explained my needs, this woman put me on hold and when she came back to the phone asked if she could take my number so that one of the Manager's could call me back. I provided the number hanging up thinking I wont hear back from them. To my surprise Judy called me back when she said she would, answered my questions and resolved my concerns. Judy was very professional and impressed me. She even made me laugh after I had a bad day at work! I like the customer service and the employees at Freehold Toyota very much and highly recommend them. Everyone made me feel welcome and I felt like I was dealing with them forever. I am a new customer and will remain a loyal customer thanks to Judy. More
I recently had to bring my '06 Scion XA to Freehold DCH for repairs due to a broken heater knob. Donald was not only very professional and courteous, but he was also very personable, communicated the process clearly, genuinely expressed concern about and became involved in my repair issue, and conscientiously followed up with me keeping me regularly abreast of the status with daily phone calls. The bottom line is that I feel Donald went 'above and beyond' to make this as positive and stress-free an experience as possible. Also rental specialist Mr. Lefkowitz was awesome too (and the soup, coffee and comfortable lounge area didn't hurt). I also appreciate the decision to have this service covered by my bumper to bumper (platinum?) warranty, and a follow-up phone call by Donald to them seemed to have made the difference. Although I live quite a distance off on the bayshore, thanks in large part to their service employees Freehold Toyota will be where I'm going for my service needs. I definitely recommend these guys! started going there in 2001 leased two hylanders 2002 and 2007, matrix 2002 and bought two corollas 2005, 2007 also had my 1996 camray serviced there. the customer service is very pleasant to deal with and t 2007, matrix 2002 and bought two corollas 2005, 2007 also had my 1996 camray serviced there. the customer service is very pleasant to deal with and they follow up with up after purchase or lease. the service dept is excellent always fixed my car the first time and there always on time if they 1 1/2 hours you have it just before never longer like in private repair shops. their pricing in some cases is higher then private or chain repair shops but you save alot of your time with freehold toyota as they do it to meet toyota spec's and they are trained for your car so its done rightall the time. getting an appoint is very easy and you ussally get one in few days. More
