My car was towed into the dealership. Then next morning, Jason called to ask me what the complaint had been. I told him that the car was doing around 45 miles per hour and would almost come to a dead stop Jason called to ask me what the complaint had been. He said to leave the car so that they can continue to look for the problem. He called me back and said I needed brakes, brake pads, roters, fuel injectors and a 30,000 mile tune-up. He thought that might be why the car was acting up. He investigated a little bit more and found that the computer system was gone. It was fixed by the next afternoon. Each time Jason found something, he called to let me know. He even called when the part was not delivered at the time he thought it would be. His conscious effort to find the problem paid off. I am the type of driver that does not want to go through any emergency while driving so by following the manufacturer's recommended service schedule and Jerry explaining why I need this service and that service, I leave Freehold Toyota with confidence I will not get stuck on a highway or find my car won't start in the morning. I bought my 2003 Corolla new at DCH Freehold Toyota over 9 years ago, and have since bought 2 certified used Corollas for my daughters. I would never bring them anywhere else for service. Jerry has been my regular Service Advisor for as long as I can remember. It's always such a pleasure to do business with him. His honesty is so refreshing. He takes the time to thoroughly explain all the work that's being done. My 2003 Corolla has 145,000 miles on it and runs great thanks to Jerry and the technicians. Even though I normally have to bring the car in for service on a Saturday which tends to be a very busy day, I never have a problem getting an appointment, even on short notice. Almost everytime I bring one of the cars in for service, I wait for it, and the customer waiting room is terrific. I especially like the wireless internet access which allows me to bring my laptop and catch up on work while waiting for the car. More

Service adviser Jerry Rechtman always goes the extra mile in customer satisfaction. He knows you by name and greets you as if you are Family. If needed he arranges for a loaner vehicle. Service area is clean and well maintained with TV, WIFI, newspapers and coffee, and bagels. Price is very competitive. all work is guaranteed. My first car service was performed at DCH Freehold Toyota and than onward mostly I have preferred this dealership for my car services even though I have to drive few miles. From that day Jerry Rechtman is my service advisor. He a very friendly and courteous person. Always acomodates, service is completed within the informed time line. (Only at one instance it took few minutes more and he provided free oil change in the next serves. Meaning he keeps what dealership claims) My overall experience with Freehold DCH Toyota is very good. Very good sales and service. Keep it up..... More
