Jerry Rechtman is the best. He is extremely honest, friendly and in my opinion truly has the customers best interests in mind. If you are waiting, he provides updates of how much longer it will be and friendly and in my opinion truly has the customers best interests in mind. If you are waiting, he provides updates of how much longer it will be and he is happy to call you when your car is ready if you dropped it off. I trust Jerry and value is hard work and understanding. I have had terrible experiences at other dealers in the past, but I will only go to DCH Freehold Toyota and I will only deal with Jerry Rechtman. While many people consider car maintenance a painful process, Jerry makes it as comfortable as possible and actually gets a few laughs out of you. Thank you Jerry for all of your help. I went in to the dealer on two separate occasions. The first for a 5000 mile check & oil change. I was greeted quickly upon arrival, my needs were determined and I was directed to the lounge to wait as p first for a 5000 mile check & oil change. I was greeted quickly upon arrival, my needs were determined and I was directed to the lounge to wait as planned. The work was completed in under an hour and I was on my way. The second visit was as a result of a leak in the sun roof after the snowstorm of 30 October. I dropped off the car and picked up my loaner, a nice little Corolla. While the work took longer than expected, they were very thorough in repairing the problem and did not return the SUV until they were convinced that it was fixed and tested to ensure it was OK. There was no problem with me keeping the loaner until they were done, they were in touch with me as the work progressed so there was little inconvenience. A good job on a problem that was not easily resolved at no cost to me. More

My car was towed into the dealership. Then next morning, Jason called to ask me what the complaint had been. I told him that the car was doing around 45 miles per hour and would almost come to a dead stop Jason called to ask me what the complaint had been. I told him that the car was doing around 45 miles per hour and would almost come to a dead stop with no warning. At first, he checked it out and did not see what the problem was. He said to leave the car so that they can continue to look for the problem. He called me back and said I needed brakes, brake pads, roters, fuel injectors and a 30,000 mile tune-up. He thought that might be why the car was acting up. He investigated a little bit more and found that the computer system was gone. It was fixed by the next afternoon. Each time Jason found something, he called to let me know. He even called when the part was not delivered at the time he thought it would be. His conscious effort to find the problem paid off. Whether i'm coming in for regular maintenance or Matt Morano and Jerry Rechtman,They always greet me in a friendly manner and treat me with respect. Whether i'm coming in for regular maintenance or warranty work they make sure the work gets done correctly and in a timely fashion,sometimes they recommend additional service, but they are never pushy.I feel DCH Freehold Toyota's prices are competetive with other repair facilities,but nobody knows Toyota's like a Toyota mechanic.As long as i continue to recieve great service,i'll continue to use Freehold Toyota.
