Great service today, took our 2021 Rav4 in for a wheel sensor problem that was not created by this dealership. Another tire shop created the problem not DCH Freehold Toyota, but the service department he sensor problem that was not created by this dealership. Another tire shop created the problem not DCH Freehold Toyota, but the service department helped with resolving this issue. These guys helped diagnose the problem, and gave advice on how to remedy the problem. All this was done and this service department did not charge us for it!!! These guys rock, and our Rav4 will be back for regular service. We purchased our RAV4 from this dealership used, and these guys have always been above super. Thanks for everything, we are more than happy with the sales team, and now the service team. More

Untrustworthy! ! Unprofessional!! They want me pay for replacement windshield for Brand new car in Warranty, they can't, New car need to replace a tire, and neve ! Unprofessional!! After working with multiple other dealerships over the years where they don't answer the phone and do not keep you informe the whole Service process. So I recently had two issues with Toyota Prius. First, the cable to unlatch the hood broke. Second, I was getting an intermittent red triangle on the dash (the red triangle is typically linked to t First, the cable to unlatch the hood broke. I took it into Toyota and they informed me that the diagnostics would cost $169. Seems a bit steep but worth it to have someone familiar with the vehicles take a look and solve the problem. I get a phone call letting me know that the cable is broken (Nevermind I had already told them it was broken). They proceed to tell me that it would be $511 to replace the cable. WHAT?!?!?! A quick google search lets me know that the cable can be purchased for $34 brand new. I tell them not to replace the cable. "What about the red triangle", I ask. They aren't sure what's causing the issue but they'd like to start by replacing the 12V battery. How much? $400!?!?! for a stinking 12V battery I can get for less than half the price anywhere else. I inform them I want the car back, go pick it up, and pay $169. I get home and do a quick google search on what causes an intermittent red triangle. After spending 5 minutes on the forums, I learn that being low on oil could cause this. So then I do a 5 minute YouTube search on how to pop the hood of the car open when the cable is broken. 30 minutes later I have the hood open. Sure enough, I'm low on oil (due to the age of the engine, it must be burning oil as I had not seen any leaks on my driveway). I give it more oil and take it for a spin. Voila! no more intermittent red light. I'll be purchasing the $34 cable and will be replacing it myself. DO NOT GO TO DCH TOYOTA in Freehold. They just want to cheat you and take your money! More

I leased a Toyota Corolla hybrid 2021 LE Sedan on May 2nd 2021 and its tire bursted on New Jersey turnpike on June 7th, 2021 when my daughter was coming back from her rotation to home , it was really a terri 2021 and its tire bursted on New Jersey turnpike on June 7th, 2021 when my daughter was coming back from her rotation to home , it was really a terrible accident , the next day I went to the DCH freehold Toyota dealership and spoke with QA manager Fort and asked how could it happen to brand new car leased just one month ago , he said we don’t cover tires warranty and he gave me the Yokohama ( tire manufacturer company ) to contact them , I called them and spoke with Ms Lee but she said if you leased the car , we don’t have any warranty on leased cars , I was so surprised so then leased cars can have defective tires and if you leased a car and it bursted the next day , nobody is responsible ? Neither the dealership nor the manufacturer is taking the responsiblity of that accident , Even I am not concerned with what has happened , I was concerned can someone either from the dealership or the Yokohama company can do QA of the remaining 3 tires so that it would be safe to drive that car on highways in future , I called twice to both places and they are just playing with my issue like a no big deal ,making me feel that it’s not needed , I am so stressed our what if my daughter died or something bad would happen to her , Such a shame and inhuman behavior shown by both places , My concern is from Toyota dealership , why they didn’t clearly tell their customers about tire warranty and leased vehicles have no tire warranty , but if some incident happens it must be the dealership or the manufacturer responsiblity to do the quality assurance so that future accidents can be prevented , I must say I have The Worst Customer Service Experience with the service Department and will never lease with this dealership ever again and won’t refer any body ever More
We dropped our 2017 Black Sequoia off to get detailed with a clay bar treatment. When I picked it up the paint looked like it did when we bought it. Every little scratch was removed.
