I have purchase many cars in my lifetime and I have to say this was by far the BEST car purchasing experience I have EVER had !!! The sales personnel was extremely helpful (Cyril Thomas). I have to be honest I was looking at other cars and dealerships and stumble upon DCH Toyota in Freehold as I was on my way to visit another dealership. The way I was treated from the moment I walked into this dealership was nothing less than first class !! I never made it to the other dealership, because of the service I received. John Grillio( General Sales Manager) was very personable and made you feel like he was not selling you a car but actually care about getting you into the right vechicle for you and your family at the right price that work for your budget. It is great to walk into a delaership and interact with such a manager. NICE JOB JOHN !!! I also had a trade in and the Used Car Manager Gene Traktenberg gave me more than fair value for my car. Gene treat me with respect and definetly showed he cared about my trade in and never did I feel like he was trying to make a buck on my car!!! THANK YOU GENE !!! Much appreciated !!! I was in there my my two kids, who by the way was in and out of every car in the showroom. slamming doors and just being kids..never did someone complain about all the noise that they were making, great palce to shop for a car with your family !!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a New or used car, especailly with how the economy is right now. I had just came from the BMW dealership and was not treated very nicely they kept pushing me to sign now and I would get a better deal and they were trying to push cars on me I could not afford. Of all the car shopping experiences I have had, this was by far the best. John Grillo is a phenomenal person and General Manager. I find the service department to be very good for my 2006 Prius. (Though I've needed nothing more than routine maintenance) The work is done in quickly and in the time promised, for a fair price.
