On March 26, 2009, my husband & I came in to purchase a vehicle to suit our current needs. Had a small issue with the roof racks making noise (it turns out they were installed reversed). Joe set me up with Don Noack (asst. service mgr), who was very pleasant and took my car to have it checked out. In no time, the minor issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Mr. Adorno kept checking on the vehicle's progress and really took good care to make sure I was happy with the whole experience.
