Went in for an express lube 29 minutes or less...NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY. He is the best to work with. Sorry... I took my business elsewhere that day.....I wish I did before purchasing a Toyota. (I own multiple Toyota vehicles) What is the sense of having a 29 minute express lube if most times you can not honor that time? I think employees can be a little more friendly too. I have been a Toyota customer for over 15 years...and unfortunately I grow tired of this dealerships Customer Service lately. More
My car leasing experience at DCH Freehold Toyota Scion was absolutely first rate. My dealings over a two-day period with sales (Ian), management (Kim) and finance (Levi) were especially pleasant and free was absolutely first rate. All three people deserve to be complemented for their courtesy and professionalism (especially Kim who structured a very reasonable lease arrangement for me on a 2010 Toyota Camry LE). I am glad that listened to her and chose to come to this dealership. We were treated in a very polite and professional manner throughout the process. The entire process went through very smoothly. John Suell was very friendly and easy to work with, he answered all questions we asked. The rest of the staff that I dealt with, Nancy Lippel (Business Representative) and Levie Frank (Finance) were very courteous and friendly as well. They answered all my questions and all assurances given to me were up to the mark and everything worked out for me as promised without having to go through the agony of dealing with hidden clauses and fine prints. The deal I got was superb. I highly recommend this dealership and will surely inform my friends and family about my great car buying experience. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

Well truth be told, I called to try to find out about the RECALL, and was quite upset about how the News on TV was portraying "TOYOTA", my first contact was with a wonderful woman by the name Nancy Lippel, I RECALL, and was quite upset about how the News on TV was portraying "TOYOTA", my first contact was with a wonderful woman by the name Nancy Lippel, I was so upset, and was concerned about even driving my Camry which I purchased about 1yr ago. She immedietly calmed me down, and made me feel so comfortable with Toyota & DCH, she assured me that if I had any problems at all, that I should bring my vehicle in right away, but since I wasn't having any problems, she checked my VIN# and assured me I was OK,because it had a "J" in the front of it, it meant it was built in Japan, so all was good. She took the time to LISTEN to me, and my hysteria,and crying, being a young Mom, I was so worried about driving with my young child in the car, she explained that she was a Grandma, and knew what I was feeling. I just wanted to say to the General Manager of DCH, "GOOD JOB", for hiring such a wonderful, and caring human being to represent you, she is the apitomy of "Customer Service." Went to Freehold Toyota to "just look" at a RAV 4 and drove home in it! Henry the sales mgr and Marc B. were friendly and proffesional. I actually was returning to DCH Freehold as a customer. I had previously bought my used 98 Corolla there two years ago. I had an unfortunate accident that cost me my car about three weeks ago and was interested in looking into a new Yaris. I did not do the whole "test drive" experience because I had already driven the vehicle at Sansone (which I would never, ever shop from because they just make me feel slimey all over!) simply because the location is closer to my home. I went in to DCH Freehold with the intent to buy, knowing in advance that they did not have the exact model that I wanted (a 5 door hatchback Yaris) but knowing that I would feel more comfortable with them. Okay, my review might seem a little strange. I went on an evening to try and negotiate the deal and started working with Dina. Dina really, really isn't that hot. We were going with the intent to negotiate and were fully prepared with figures, inventory costs, etc. She pretended not to know anything and was just aggravating. Very typical Staten Island attitude. She did *not* make the sale. Her manager Henry most definitely made the deal because he knew what we wanted and was willing to actually talk. She actually made nasty comments about us not knowing what it's like to be paid on commission. Seriously unprofessional. But the great thing is, she had to deal with family issues. So she let us kind of "drop" off the radar which was aggravating for about three days before she disappeared. The ratings I'm giving here are **really** linked to Marc Beckenstein. Marc is the person who picked us up when Dina was going to be gone for the week. He was an amazing rep and really made the experience enjoyable. Marc went above and beyond to get me the vehicle in the color I wanted and as quickly as possible- this was an achievement to occur during a week with two separate huge snowstorms! He kept in constant contact with my husband and worked as hard as possible on getting us the car. He was friendly and pleasant and so welcoming when I came to get my vehicle. He gave me all the info I needed and then some! Marc definitely turned an experience that was slightly sour into a pleasant one and helped me to keep my overall positive attitude about DCH Freehold. Despite a few hiccups to begin with, I'm happy, have a great car, and would return!! More
