I went to DCH Freehold for a new Highlander. I had done research for weeks and after speaking with them on the phone (where I was given a price) I decided to go in for a test drive. I met with Chris, who was professional and knowledgeable. After the drive we got to the numbers and they offered me exactly the price that we spoke about on the phone, no bait and switch. Chris, Vinny, Gary and Paul were all professional and friendly, there were no hassles and they all helped to make the process as easy and agreeable as possiible. I would definitely recommend the dealership and those guys in particular to my family and friends. More

Working in Retail industry myself I can definitely say how much important it is to know the product you are selling from A to Z. While in the market for the new commuter vehicle, I was very limited on tim how much important it is to know the product you are selling from A to Z. I spent a few hours online researching the price ranges and then called DCH Frehold Toyota and got a great deal right away. I arrived at 6:15PM and was out of the dealership by 7PM, that's a real professionalism of the sales team. Mr.Ian was very knowledgeable, efficient and cooperative. I came back today at 9:00AM (DCH opens up at 9:00AM) and Ian immediately approached me with my new keys, the car was parked outside perfectly clean and with a full tank of gas. Yeeeey!
