The team of three, Michelle, Diane and Dan have been very helpful in the purchase of my 2012 Camry SE. I first started to work with Diane and Dan one Saturday afternoon. I test drove the XLE. Liked it, but didn't buy it outright as I was still shopping around and trying to make a decision between a Camry and a VW Passat. The following Friday, not having an appointment, both Dan and Diane were off, I saw Michelle. She was kind enough to accommodate me and answer all my questions. She showed and explained all the options and differences between the three models - LE/SE/XLE. In spite of the fact that she was not feeling well, she was very patient and offered to test drive the SE. I loved the appearance and the drive. She gave me the prices, availability in stock and what was coming in the inventory. She followed it up with a kind message on the email and helped me decide the model to choose. It was a difficult decision comparing prices, make and model of the car. I wanted a different make this time as I have always driven a Toyota. This is my 5th Camry and had two Corollas too, all bought from DCH Freehold. All cars are also maintained by DCH Service Center. Toyota is too durable and most reliable that I've kept them for many many years. Actually I have 3 silver Camrys in my driveway and garage right now. Cory has been so helpful like always, I started my car after work and I got a check engine light on. I called Cory on my way home from work and left him a message about what had happened. I was pleasantly surprised that this dealer actually was willing to negotiate in good faith. We purchased a used vehicle as an out-of-state transaction (brought back to MD) and they were able to assist with willing to negotiate in good faith. We purchased a used vehicle as an out-of-state transaction (brought back to MD) and they were able to assist with titling and registration. My only complaint would be that they seemed rather busy - it took a very long time to complete the transaction, especially since it was an all cash deal. More
