Let me just say that the staff was amazing to work with. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and I left getting it without having to compromise. My parents were with me and even said, if they were to get a new car, this is where they would come because of the service I had received. Not just come to Toyota but to this dealership in Freehold. Thank you for everything!! I would highly recommend going to this dealership and especially to Peter. Peter kept in close contact with me, updating me every step of the way on the progress of my purchase. And overall he was just nice and not in a pushy salesman type of way. I will be honest I was nervous since it was the first time dealing with a car dealership, but my experience was just the opposite of what I expected. I walked in with a lot of knowledge about what I wanted, but Ron Agosto informed me of so much more. Levie was also a pleasure to work with and was very helpful with me when it came to the finances. Everyone was very friendly and personable which is something I didn't expect to find yet loved the most. No one made me feel like there was pressure to get a car. Jason bent over backwards to make sure I got the best service possible and to make sure that all that needed to be done was done. My only beef wasn't with Jason at all, but apparently in the past due service possible and to make sure that all that needed to be done was done. My only beef wasn't with Jason at all, but apparently in the past due to a battery issue my alarm and remote start were unplugged and now it could cost serious $$ to get it fixed because Toyota can't re-hook it up or fix it etc. I also had a window recall a while back and though Toyota takes NO responsibility for this either, the drivers window gaskets been leaking air at high velocity ever since that day. I always go to Toyota for just about everything, but these are the only complaints I could come up with. More

I would like to begin by thanking Dan Walling we were referred to him by a family member and were not disappointed. Dan worked with us to get us the best van for our money. We leased a 2011 Sienna and referred to him by a family member and were not disappointed. Dan worked with us to get us the best van for our money. We leased a 2011 Sienna and are thrilled with it. Dan brought the van and the paperwork to us which was very helpful since we were not near the dealership. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns in a pleasant and timely manner. There was no pushing to make the sale only fair negotiation which made the process alot easier to deal with. I am not one who likes to spend 3 hours in a car dealership filling out paperwork and with DCH Freehold Toyota I did not have to do that. I would also like to thank Levie Frink for explaining Gap Insurance to us and working with us to insure we understood it and got the best available pricing. We have leased or purchased Toyota's for many years now and no one ever explained Gap Insurance to us nor did they even mention it. I did speak with Michelle Weber on the phone briefly and she was very pleasant and professional. Thank you DCH Freehold Toyota for making our leasing experience a smooth sail! It was a pleasure to have Brian Hyneman helping me and my husband lease our first car! As soon as we got on the lot early in the afternoon, he was there to help and suggest cars that were appropriate for wha husband lease our first car! As soon as we got on the lot early in the afternoon, he was there to help and suggest cars that were appropriate for what we were looking for. We visited a few other dealerships after taking a quick look at the Scion xD, but in the back of both our minds was the Scion. That evening we decided to stop back in and take another look at it, and luckily Brian was free to chat with us about it. He made us feel so at home! His office alone made us realize that this company was the one we wanted to deal with. He had everything imaginable in his drawers, from snacks and drinks to hand held video poker, and it really made us feel welcome. He understood that this was our first time on the new car circuit and he explained everything to us and was very patient with us. My favorite thing about the entire experience was that at no point did we feek like we were being forced into anything. The one thing I hated about some of the other dealerships were how they pushed so hard. Brian was the perfect salesman. He never made us nervous or pressured! We will definatly always go to Brian for all of our future car needs! More
