I did purchased my new Camry about seven years ago from this dealership with a reasonable price and very good financial services. From that day Jerry Rechtman is my service advisor. He a very friendly and courteous person. Always acomodates, service is completed within the informed time line. (Only at one instance it took few minutes more and he provided free oil change in the next serves. We went to two other toyota dealers and could get the customer service we expected. We made an online request for information at DCH Toyota and Regina answered all of our questions and set up a time with customer service we expected. When we arrived we were seen right away by Regina. Our sales consultant Dan Walling was great. Everything was done in a timely manner and exceeded our expectations. Dan stayed with us till way past closing time. His attention to customer needs was outstanding. He took our car and got it gassed up, vacummed it out and washed it. He truely understood the customer needs and personnalized the delivery of the car to us. Levie the financial services manager stayed past closing to make sure that we could take our car home that day. He really understood what we wanted in loans and options and made the experience pleasant. More

Have worked with Justin Reibschied before and came back just because of him. This was my first meet with Peter. I could not ask for a better experience. Working with Dmitri was a pleasure. He was professional, polite, and was always asking if we were getting what we needed from him. I stopped on our first visit with very little time to spare which I relaye polite, and was always asking if we were getting what we needed from him. I stopped on our first visit with very little time to spare which I relayed to Dmitri. He quickly helped me with my request, got me what I needed and allowed me to make my appointment. That to me was a huge plus as I know he would have liked to have me spend more time there. My wife worked with him on getting the car she wanted (2012 Highlander SE) with the options she needed. Dmitri worked very hard for us and we quickly came to an agreement on price which we appreciated. At no time did we feel pressured or pushed by him, unlike a lot of other dealerships. In the end we went with Freehold because of Dmitri even though it was 45 mins from us. The team at Freehold was excellent and they should be very proud of their dealership. We worked with Paul in Finance and he too was excellent though we did not finance with Toyota. Freehold's ratings are high for a reason - they deliver.
