Service adviser Jerry Rechtman always goes the extra mile in customer satisfaction. He knows you by name and greets you as if you are Family. If needed he arranges for a loaner vehicle. Service area is clean and well maintained with TV, WIFI, newspapers and coffee, and bagels. Price is very competitive. all work is guaranteed. I was looking for a Highlander and was not sure if I could afford one that was well equipped and in good enough shape to withstand my high mileage demanding driving requirements, as well as my towing ne could afford one that was well equipped and in good enough shape to withstand my high mileage demanding driving requirements, as well as my towing needs. I found a great 2008 Limited (no less) and we worked out the numbers to my satisfaction. Because it was pre-owned and had I added an extended warranty to also meet my higher than average mileage needs, I am confident that i will not have major problems that cannot be addressed by a great service team, like the one Mark Lefkus leads. They put a toyota hitch on the vehicle in record time and it was ready to tow for me the day I picked it up! Thank you very much guys, I am settling in with my first Toyota and really enjoying the ride, the comfort and professional way I was treated at the dealership. Overall experience was great. Even with the bad weather and way past the closing time , they espicially James and Levie did not rush me at all. They make sure everything is done right.
