My car was towed into the dealership. Then next morning, Jason called to ask me what the complaint had been. I told him that the car was doing around 45 miles per hour and would almost come to a dead stop Jason called to ask me what the complaint had been. I told him that the car was doing around 45 miles per hour and would almost come to a dead stop with no warning. At first, he checked it out and did not see what the problem was. He said to leave the car so that they can continue to look for the problem. He called me back and said I needed brakes, brake pads, roters, fuel injectors and a 30,000 mile tune-up. He thought that might be why the car was acting up. He investigated a little bit more and found that the computer system was gone. It was fixed by the next afternoon. Each time Jason found something, he called to let me know. He even called when the part was not delivered at the time he thought it would be. His conscious effort to find the problem paid off. I bought my 2003 Corolla new at DCH Freehold Toyota over 9 years ago, and have since bought 2 certified used Corollas for my daughters. I would never bring them anywhere else for service. Jerry has been my regular Service Advisor for as long as I can remember. It's always such a pleasure to do business with him. His honesty is so refreshing. He takes the time to thoroughly explain all the work that's being done. My 2003 Corolla has 145,000 miles on it and runs great thanks to Jerry and the technicians. Even though I normally have to bring the car in for service on a Saturday which tends to be a very busy day, I never have a problem getting an appointment, even on short notice. Almost everytime I bring one of the cars in for service, I wait for it, and the customer waiting room is terrific. I especially like the wireless internet access which allows me to bring my laptop and catch up on work while waiting for the car. More
