Whether i'm coming in for regular maintenance or warranty work they make sure the work gets done correctly and in a timely fashion,sometimes they recommend additional service, but they are never pushy.I feel DCH Freehold Toyota's prices are competetive with other repair facilities,but nobody knows Toyota's like a Toyota mechanic.As long as i continue to recieve great service,i'll continue to use Freehold Toyota. Michelle Weber is a knowledgeable employee who listened to my needs. She was upfront with with all information, had no problem giving me a printed quote for every vehicle I considered, and she contacted me to my needs. She was always available, quickly responded to any contact I made, and she was extremely patient with me. Other dealerships kept calling me, and frequently I was contacted by several employess from the same dealership. Michelle was the only one from DCH who contacted me, and that's the way I wanted it to be. Michelle did everything she could to accommodate my schedule, and when I came to pick up the new vehicle she diligently completed all the paperwork and then walked me to Paul Leahy. Paul very carefully explained my choices with financing and warranties. He did not rush me, but rather wanted to make certain I was comfortable with my choices. Both employees made me like a valued customer. I have been a DCH customer for 10 years and I will return to them for all my maintenance needs. More
