Jerry Rechtman is the best. He is extremely honest, friendly and in my opinion truly has the customers best interests in mind. If you are waiting, he provides updates of how much longer it will be and friendly and in my opinion truly has the customers best interests in mind. I have had terrible experiences at other dealers in the past, but I will only go to DCH Freehold Toyota and I will only deal with Jerry Rechtman. I am a new member of Toyota family of cars. I just I am a new member of Toyota family of cars. I just purchase a new 2012 highlander. It is my first toyota ever .not to say that I am not familiar with them , my wife also drives a 2009 camry which she purchase new.I haven't had the time to really enjoy my vehicle because ,I bought it a few days ago. however I will be sure to enjoy it on my way to Florida this coming summer. I sincerely hope it lives up to my expectations that I hear so much about in your advertisments.,but I will say this the interior is roomy and the oversll design of the vehicle is nice!. Now as far as the salesperson,Rich Mendelson he is by far a gentlemen and a very knowledge consultant when it comes to his selling of vehicles.he help me with the necessities of what I needed and what I didn't need,however he manage to cut me a deal with some options that made the deal more attractive to the price that i wanted to pay. and that is what I call salesmenship. Way to go Rich!. Also, I saw Levi Frink the financial manager which was very kind and curtious as well. It seems to me that the employees at DCH toyota of Freehold are very friendly.
