Gunther's approach to sales clearly shows that he "gets it". He understands that the buyer does not want to "handled" or go through a lengthy and difficult buying process. Gunther has always treated us very fairly and with great respect. He makes it very clear as to what he can and, when necessary, cannot do. During our latest purchase, we also met with Paul Leahy in the Finance Area. Paul was very pleasant and worked with us to ensure we were happy with our purchase. He worked with us on the price for the extended warranty to ensure we had the protection we needed while still within the price range we wanted. Overall, this was a very pleasant and stress-free experience. When it comes time to buy our next car, our first stop will be at DCH Freehold Toyota to meet with Gunther to see what he can do for us. In fact, when we began shopping, we had planned to purchase another make of car, only to feel uncomfortable with the people and practices at that business. This is a notable fact because we have had generally negative experiences with other dealers and as a result, have come to dislike the car-buying process througout our 36-year marriage--until now. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and great to deal with. I have never purchased a new car before and surprisingly the process was very smooth and Dan did not use any pressure tactics at all to make the sell. He worked with my budget and we were able to quickly made a fair deal that made a lot of sense for both of us. Dan was really a pleaure to work with and I will recommend friends/family to him and Freehold Toyota in the future. More
