We met Rob and instantly felt assured that we were working with a knowledgeable, friendly and understanding salesman. He guided us through the process patiently and answered all of our *many* questions. Through purchasing a car with Rob we felt confident with our purchase and had a great experience at DCH Freehold. When the opportunity for a new car arose last week (1/27/12) we immediately called Rob. We were so pleased with our Camry and experience that we wanted to purchase another car from him. Working with Vinny Vitolo was an absolute pleasure. He was patient, funny, and sincere. He walked us through every step of the leasing process and made sure that we were happy with the car we chose (2012 was patient, funny, and sincere. As we finished fairly late on Saturday, Vinny followed up promptly on Monday morning to see if we had any questions or problems. Once we had agreed on the deal Paul Leahy came over to us and introduced himself. This alone is unusual for most dealerships. He walked us through the business end smoothly and without pressure to accept anything other than what we had agreed on. We finished the paperwork in at least half the time of some other dealerships I have had the misfortune to work with. This is the fourth new Toyota we have acquired from DCH Freehold Toyota and we can strongly recommend them as a dealership in general, but specifically, we would absolutely recommend that you to ask for Vinny (and Paul). I came to DCH Freehold expecting great service and that's exactly what I received. My salesman, Dan Greco, is a great friend from college. So when he told me to read up on the dealership's reputation, I took his advice. Everything I read about the dealership and their culture was more than accurate. After two phone calls, Dan knew exactly what we were looking for and exactly what we wanted to spend. He didn't pressure us into stretching our budget nor did he push financing that we were not looking for. He knew his inventory and made several recommendations. When we arrived at the dealership, on a busy Saturday afternoon, he took the time to let us look around the showroom and even recommended my husband get behind the wheel of one of the new RAV4s before we wasted any time taking it out for a test drive. Since one of our main concerns was finding a car to fit my husband (he's 6'5"), he didn't want us spending time on a model that would not accommodate both of us. We took a 2010 Camry out for a test drive and were very pleased with it. Dan even took the time to let both of us test drive it separately, since one of us had to stay behind with out 18 month old daughter. After the test drive we talked about our options and even looked at a few slightly older models out on the lot. But ultimately, I had my heart set on the specific car we had test driven. Dan never took for granted that I was a friend and never assumed I would buy a car from him just because he wanted to sell it to me. He had our best interest in mind every step of the way. He understood our needs as parents and our desires as consumers. In the end, we bought the model we had test driven with Dan, even though we were perfectly ready to leave without a car that day if we didn't find exactly what we were looking for. Thanks to Dan, and Paul (our finance guy), we bought a great car at a great price and received wonderful service from start to finish. When Dan took me out to get into the car, I saw the adorably thoughtful and kind banner he had taken the time to personalize for me and my family. After such great service and kind treatment, it was the cherry on top. I know that we made the right decision to drive all the way to Freehold from Chalfont, Pennsylvania. Thank you, Dan and Paul. I was unsure of what to expect. I pulled into the garage, and received a warm greeting. I was asked to pull in further, and then step out of my car. As I waited for the associate to pull up my information on the computer, other associates were being social and they all had a terrific demeanor. No one made me feel as if I was an inconvenience, or annoyance. Especially because I was so ignorant of what was expected (this is the first time my husband and I have ever leased a car, and we were there for the first 5000 mile check up). After the information was collected, I was told what they were going to do, and asked to wait in the waiting room. I was told where it was, and that I would be collected from there once they were done. I anticipated waiting for a few hours, as that is usually how it is at other regular garages I've been to, when having a car serviced. I was pleasantly surprised by the waiting room, and the accommodations there: bagels, wrapped commercial pastries, coffee and tea, comfortable seating, magazines, and a television. In about 30 minutes, an associate came to explain to me what was done to the car, and to inform me that all was fine and that I could leave. He then walked me up to the window, where I signed some paperwork, and then I left. A painless and short experience. Hooray! More
