When I arrived at the showroom I worked with Gunther Wu on investigating the diffent options (Double Cab vs Access Cab). Gunther was very patient as my wife and I figured out what was the best vehicle to meet our needs. The price we paid for our Access Cab Tacoma TRD Sport was consistent with the internet pricing we received from Regina Acito. The trade in process was very easy, We were able to get a fair value for out trade in. We picked up the vehicle last night. The overall sales, trade-in, and financing experience was excellent. Gunther and Paul Leahy (Business Manager) were very professional and did not try and pressure us into anything. Ritchie is the furthest thing from the aggressive, "out for the kill" type of sales consultant. Rather, he exerts no pressure whatsoever on you. He lets you know deal-wise what he can and cannot do and is the only vehicle sales consultant I've ever dealt with who doesn't have to run to the manager every five minutes. He even assisted us in completing all the paperwork. I cannot say enough good things about his level of professionalism, his product knowledge and his genuine concern for perfectly matching our needs and budgets. Worthy of note is the fact that he is a gentleman in every sense of the word. For what it's worth, we do not give these kinds of references freely yet Ritchie MORE than deserves our highest praise.
