It started with his explanation of the Camry SE details, both technical and amenities. I don't think anything was left out. The test drive went well and I was on my way to doing a deal. Henry, the Sales Manager came over to say hello. We've know each other from previous deals. Henry assured me that Freehold Toyota will do everything possible to earn my business. We agreed on a price and came in this past Saturday to finalize the details. My wife joined me to see and test drive the car. Brian was very helpful in detailing the car and it's benefits to my wife. She was pleased and we were prepared to sign the paperwork. The final step was the business portion, which Peter Magrino stepped in to complete. Peter was excellent in the handling of the forms as well as thorough explanation of what we were getting. I' ve been to a couple of Toyota dealers closer to my home, but none would compare to the Freehold Toyota experience. I would highly recommend this dealership even for those like me who live 50 minutes away. The service was outstanding. I left a competitor's new lease proposal to come back to Toyota. Dan had patiently showed us in stock Highlanders of various colors and configurations, and was very knowledgeable in his understanding of each car configurations, and had provided us with very useful information which allowed us to settle on a particular model that we like. We had a stress free negotiation with Managers Steve and Mark. Steve had explained all the items in the bill clearly, and had maintained an admirable professionalism throughout the process. In the end, both parties felt that we have come out with a win-win situation. They also gave us a reasonable trade in value for our minivan, better than some other dealerships. Dan helped us prepared the new car and we were able to drive away the new car the same day. Overall our car buying experience is very pleasant.
