My only complaint is that I had made an appointment with Nancy and Nancy was not there. YES, I WILL recommend this dealership to EVERYONE we know. I think they gave me fair value for my trade in and for the options I wanted in my new car. They did not have to get the car from somewhere else on some lot that was who knows where. They were very easy to work with also. DCH was the first dealership that I have ever been to that I was not pressured into buying a car. In fact the first night I had gone in to look at the Camry and on my way out I was introduced to a manag that I was not pressured into buying a car. I said I was also looking at the Honda Accord. He said by all means go now and test drive it. He did not ask any other questions. I was impressed. I am a single mom and have no time and have only x amt of time. I need time to think and they gave it. I had many questions and they answered all of them. I had some issues with other Toyota dealerships and solved problems. I would recommend this dealership without any hesitation. More
I've been a customer of this dealership since 1992. I went in to check new cars after receiving incentives for President's Day sales. I really had no intention in trading in my '05 Avalon. I was introduc went in to check new cars after receiving incentives for President's Day sales. I really had no intention in trading in my '05 Avalon. I was introduced to Sales Rep. Richard Mendelson by my service adviser Jerry Rechtman. Richard worked hard to get me into a new car. I was considering a new Avalon but opted for the '12 Camry XLE Hybrid. Considering the gas price situation the Hybrid made more sense as it gets 40+mpg. The car doesn't have all the bells and whistles the Avalon has but for my needs it seems adequate. Im intrigued with the new design and the technology it offers through Toyota Entune that works with your smart phone. The interior is youth oriented which I liked. I also like the voice activated nav system. Its as if I have company in the car.The fact I can also access apps and Bing is amazing. So thank you Richard for your courtesy and expertise.
