my mission was maximum economy. i did my online homework and knew exactly what i wanted. i haven't had many car-buying experiences and i was a bit apprehensive at the thought of having to endure an aggressi and knew exactly what i wanted. i haven't had many car-buying experiences and i was a bit apprehensive at the thought of having to endure an aggressive, time consuming sales pitch. you know, the kind where the agenda is determined by the seller, not the buyer. totally NOT the case. everyone i interacted with was chill, friendly and respected my economic limits. eddie listened to what i needed, asked a couple of questions and done. he found ways for me to be cost effective and even called the next day, to say that he found a car that would allow me to save even more. i am so appreciative of this extra effort. but, i would have to say that the highest praise came from my daughter, who was with me and was so impressed that she wrote her own review. ps - the fiesta is the great too. On January 3, 2013, I was able to walk away with a 2013 Ford Mustang V6. As I walked into the Dealership I was greeted by the Sale Professional Eddie. Surprisingly he wasn't like the typical sales professi Ford Mustang V6. As I walked into the Dealership I was greeted by the Sale Professional Eddie. Surprisingly he wasn't like the typical sales professional's that I encountered at the previous dealerships that I've been to. He was far from being over-aggressive, which usually would drive me away, but was passive and was more helpful with assisting me with any questions I had and helping me and my family feel right at home. After a couple hours of searching for the right car Eddie and the staff at Buhler made the process of getting me to drive home in my brand new mustang quick, easy, and painless. I definitely plan on buying from Buhler again in the future and I highly recommend them. I also must compliment on Eddie's customer support on the after fact of me buying the car . After a couple days went by I was contacted by Eddie to assure that I was satisfied with my purchase and to answer any questions I may have about my brand new mustang. The dealership has a ton of Trucks and vehicles to select from and they are very customer oriented. As a victim of Hurricane Sandy, I was provided some additional assistance with the purchase and am very grateful to the dealership for that. Im happy to know that I purchased a good strong safe vehicle and have such a fine dealership so close in case I have other needs. More
