Sam was AMAZING! The dealership was also suprisingly wonderful. I was a very difficult customer who had a lot of specific requests for my new Fusion. We saw your ad on the Internet and stopped into your dealership. We were met by Joe Lepore. Joe was knowledgeable, friendly and a true gentleman. He took us for a test ride and at that time it was de dealership. We were met by Joe Lepore. Joe was knowledgeable, friendly and a true gentleman. He took us for a test ride and at that time it was determined that there was a problem with the vehicle. Joe spoke to the manager, on our behalf, and we were assured that if we purchased the vehicle that any issues would be taken care of. That being said we purchased the vehicle. Joe said the vehicle would be ready on Wednesday. On Wednesday, as promised, Joe called and said the vehicle was ready. Dealing with Buhler and with especially with Joe was a very pleasant experience. We would not hesitate to recommend your dealership to our family and friends. More

I wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted, but only had a price in mind. I was also locked into a lease that I needed to get out of. One of, if not the best dealer experiences we have ever had. From your receptionist, to the salesman(Matt Small), finance manager(Gary Shpak) and general manager(John Luz), top notch job. Could not have been more impressed. These people get it. Especially in this economy. Phone calls were returned and questions answered CORRECTLY.
